Replaced Lotus recessed lights that stopped working after a few months. Lotus lights were builder grade. Easy to install and switch to allow for different color temperatures is a great feature. After a few weeks - still working. Time will tell.

Don’t plan on using a dimmer

Nice lights and easy to install. The color temperature adjustment works well. I installed with a Lux and then a Kasa dimmer with the same result: anything other than full on and the lights would flicker or flash on and off.

Not the best experience

I had 6 of these installed during kitchen remodel. 1 of them went out less than 1 year old. I was able to slide the selector switch up 2 higher and it worked but looks bad brighter than the other 5. I reached out to Globe electric by phone and email. I'm waiting to hear back after several days. So I purchased another while I wait on them to hopefully send me 1 under warranty. I expected years of trouble free service. Service after purchase is important. If they won't deliver I won't use again.

These lights have beautiful output and are so easy to work with. I love that you can change the color temperature. 4" produce a more pleasing light than 6" because it adds more shape to the room.

After setting several light boxes above the ceiling in our basement, I discovered this lighting option. It’s so much easier to set this system in.

These lights are truly amazing

I was looking to upgrade several older “globe” style ceiling lights. As I removed one of the old lights, I discovered a floor joist partially blocking the hole I was going to use. I found these slim designed lights and gave it a shot. It fit perfectly in the .5” space and looks amazing! They also fit extremely snug to the ceiling with no gaps. I’m going to replace all of our outdated lights with these LED.

Excellent quality. Well designed! It's good that the cord emerges from the light disk flush with the disc instead of straight up like other brands. The low voltage cord is long enough, unlike HA** brand or JU** brand. Also, it's great that the "light color changing switch" is on the low-voltage cord, unlike others on the transformer box.

These lights are awesome - plain and simple. This is the 3rd multi-pack I’ve gotten and I’ve been more than pleased with each installation. Nice and bright, sleek and simple, and the easiest to install

Not long lasting

We bought these a year and a half ago and two have already burned out. They started to work intermittently and then just stopped. I had a few that I didn’t use and was able to replace just the light and it is working again. Probably will try something else next time. They have less than 3k hours on them which is not anywhere close to the 50k hours on the package. Disappointing!

540 Lumens with kelvin color change

16’x 20’ room with standard ceiling height. Bought 6 but feel the brightness isn’t good. Maybe should of went with a higher lumen. Good product and does the job.

Too dim

The product description says these lights are equivalent to a 60-watt incandescent bulb. They're more like 40 watts. 4 of them in a 10x12 room was too dim, returned to store and upgraded to the Halo 6-inch lights. Overall, very easy to install, though, so if not for the lack of brightness I'd be happy with them.

I placed 5 of these lights today in my kitchen, they look fabulous!!! They have 5 options for the wavelength so you can play with the switch until you find the perfect match for your room. My wife settled on 1 notch cooler than the warmest setting and they look great. I also installed 3 dimmer switches to control the brightness level, so plenty of control. These lights really updated our 28 year old house, can’t wait to throw out the old hanging lights. We couldn’t be happier!!

We're very pleased with the look and light output of these lights, and I'm very pleased with the ease of installation. A simple slide switch on the connection between the box and the light lets you set any of five light outputs. I installed the lights in a bathroom and set them to the Daylight setting, which provides excellent, even, bright light. Your feed wire is plug and play in the junction box, although you have to supply your own cable clamps for the box.

An amazing set of lights. The four of them have ample brightness for a 250 sq ft bedroom. The selectable color temperature is a great feature, I find 3000k to be the most natural temperature without looking too harsh and cool or too warm. Can be installed directly under ceiling joists if necessary, as long as you have space to slide the junction box through the hole.

The electrician suggested them to my architect. During installation, the electrician showed me how you can click a button and change the quality of the light that they emit. Wow.

Extra cost for the easy plug well worth it!!

I recently bought this pack of lights with the easy plug, I also bought the same 4 pack of lights without the easy plug (light is attached directly to the black electrical box +-$25 cheaper). I found the installation of the lights with the easy plug well worth the extra $25. #1-because you can plug the lights in after the wiring is done, you can do all the hard wiring on the floor then take your set of lights up and install them quickly. #2-Because the electrical wiring into the black box is not directly attached to the light it does not push the light out of the ceiling after the install.
