The Cherry Solid Wood Bed Frame is beautiful and sturdy. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my bedroom. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking for a quality bed frame.

So worth the money!!

We purchased this because I had always wanted a sleigh bed but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I figured the bed would last a couple years and I can then invest in something more expensive. So, I purchased the bed and received it within 4 weeks. I was weary because I couldn’t find the brand or manufacturer name, but when I received it, I found out the bed is made by Acme Furniture, which I didn’t know because again, it’s not listed anywhere. I love Acme Furniture. They make great furniture and already own many Acme pieces, so that was a plus! We put the bed together and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely LOVE the bed frame. It’s as beautiful as a $600-800 bed frame. It’s sturdy, and so worth what I paid and more. I absolutely recommend this bed frame to anyone looking for a traditional style sleigh bed for half the price of the sleigh beds on the market.

Great looking, worth it!

Looks great, like it's worth a lot more! Easy enough to assemble. My husband said it may need some reinforcement but we will try as is but for the price it's fine. Our headboard arrived with a large dent in it, so I'm giving it only 4 stars.

Nice bed for the price!

Don't panic if your side rails don't show up on the same day as the bed, they're coming! Amazingly nice bed for a guest room. Not the highest quality but it will do nicely for our purposes.! Quite impressed. The local furniture store has the same bed from the same manufacturer and its twice the price.

Beautiful bed

This is a beautiful solid bed. Easy to put together. The only thing holding back 5 stars is the support beams. It only comes with 3 slats. I dont have a boxspings. I had to add 3 other slats. Easy enough but wish it came with more.

Gorgeous but requires reinforcement

The frame itself is GORGEOUS - perfect cherry wood coloring. Although it is veneer, you can't tell. The bed itself is beautiful. However, once it is assembled, the head and footboard do bend a bit if you apply pressure. Because we read the other reviews we were prepared to reinforce the supports. We were also aware that it may be missing some necessary pieces to stabilize the frame. We added three additional horizontal metal frame supports that meet with the floor (which we repurposed from our old, metal frame designed to hold a box spring) and then added additional 6 additional hardwood slates across the frame to properly support the weight the frame would hold (my husband and I together weigh almost 350 lbs and the stats on the bed's listing states 400lbs). My best advice is do NOT purchase this bed if you're not willing to modify it to add extra supports. The supports that it comes with are not adequate - they are flimsy and flexible. But if you're willing to spend a little extra money and time reinforcing the bottom of the frame it is worth every penny spent for how pretty it is. I am giving it 4 stars because of how nice it looks but if we weren't prepared for reinforcing frame (due to other reviews) and didnt know how to do it, we would have for sure returned the bed.

I wish could give zero stars review. The hardware box came with with cheap slat broke and NO directions. So cheap wouldn't hold the mattress. called Walmart told cant just return hardware part even though mailed separately. We are going to try and just reinforce with 2 by 4 slats hopefully this will work. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY....MADE VERY CHEAP!!!

Great Value

We have a small house (1100 sq ft) and wanted the sleigh bed effect without the bulk. We have a white and now a cherry bed frame and they work perfectly! We put them together fine using all parts. It comes in two boxes with separate tracking for each box. We are pleased at the price point and look we achieved.

Satisfied but missing build items in the order.

The bed is a very pretty cherry color which I love, however we did not receive all of the needed items to build it and had to discard unneeded parts not listed on the instructions. We had to get the wood screws that were not included in the package in order for us to complete the bottom of the bed and received no brackets that are needed to reinforce the bed. The additional flat boards were not showing on the instructions and ended up not using that item. We had to get heavy duty plywood for the complete bottom of the bed. A california king bed is a very heavy bed so the reinforcement is a must. Not a pleasant client experience but I love the color and the bed itself to ignore some of the missing items. We still do not have the needed build items that weren't included in the package.

Great Value, seems sturdy wood

Fabtastic find at $135 delivered. Came in two boxes, first with headboard and footboard, second was the rails. Easy to put together even without any instructions (missing?). Would definately buy again if I needed another bed frame

Cheap bed frame but beautiful. Certainly not worth spending over $200 on... came in two boxes on a rainy day. Not wrapped in plastic so boards were exposed. Missing two legs and screws.

This bed came in a box that was completely ripped up. The delivery company left the box 40 feet from my front door when it was suppose to be in home delivery. It was raining and they left it in an uncovered area. The bed had some damage as shown in the photos and the paint job was uneven and thin. Poor craftsmanship and I would not recommend this bed to anyone else.

We received the bed yesterday afternoon. It didn't even make it 10 minutes before the stabilizing legs broke out from underneath and one of the wooden slabs broke. My husband and I weigh less than 300 lbs combined, so it is not like it had excessive weight on it. The rails, headboard, and footboard are the reason why I can give this an extra star. They are relatively nice and sturdy for the price. We will be keeping the bed, but completely redoing the area under the mattress to add more safety and support. This bed should come with more than 4 thin wooden boards and larger than 1" legs.

You definitely need box springs with this bed..the support underneath is very unstable and makes the mattress bow a lot. However, the wood at the foot of the bed isn’t tall enough for a traditional box spring which makes this bed nearly useless then.

Looks good for low price.

Head board center section came unglued, now is secured with side support boards, minor issue considering long trip from Vietnam. Ad states it requires box spring. We are using Zinus 12" foam mattress only. I used my table saw to cut 4 more support rails for mattress foundation. No issues for the first week. Looks good, mostly solid and composite wood. Easy to assemble for mechanic with poor 1 page instruction, but maybe not for house wife/ husband.

Light yet strong, love the low footboard

This is a replacement for my old queen sized sleigh bed. This model is lighter and the width of the wooden rails is 0.75 less, but this bed is strong. Relatively easy to assemble until one gets to attach the connecting frame joining metal plates. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Trash any doubts you may have about ordering ACME Louis Philippe furniture from 1StopBedroom. This is a really nice line! My first experience ordering from 1StopBedroom couldn't have gone smoother. The Louis Philippe Bed is a quality piece and arrived properly wrapped, in good condition. Very pleased. Now I can't wait to get another Louis Philippe piece to match.

Since I always try to be fair with my kids, I decided to buy the same Louis Philippe Bed for each of them. I knew they'd love the look. What I didn't expect at the time was how sturdy these Bed are. Not a scratch or dent on the beautiful finish, and the drawers work as well as the day we bought them.
