Damaged Merchandise

I have ordered a few storage cabinets and just ordered a lateral metal file cabinet. Every single item I have ordered from this shipper pieces have arrive dented and damaged. Yes, I am very picky but why would I pay $200 plus for any dented merchandise. I emailed to ask if they'd send replacement parts and they just refer me back to Target. Target doesn't provide replacement parts and the packages are 100 pounds. Who wants to return a package that size then have to get another and carry it again. Extremely poor customer service and quality of items. If you don't mind dented metal cabinets then this company is great. If you want quality you pay for I'd be cautious.

While I like the design, it was a pain to assemble. I had to bring out the hammer to make the top part even fit. There were a couple screws loose that I had to tighten because otherwise I couldn't line up the drawers to shut them. These were screws that were already preassembled on the tracks. Speaking of screws, it was very very hard to screw them in. Most I couldn't do but a few turns. I was left with 2 pieces that I have no idea where they go. They're not in the book either. I have noticed the drawers get stuck on the screws still and can be very hard to close. The cabinet is spacious and heavy at 45 pounds and I do like the hidden drawer handles.

Save your money. Cheaper elsewhere.

I like this cabinet; however, it is too small. Although I knew it was a vertical cabinet, I was hoping it would hold legal files better. If you have a lot of files, this one is not for you.
