Should come in handy?

i bought this to put behind a laundry room door. Worried about the longer hook leaving a mark so I may get a small ball, cut it in half and stick it on there so it doesn't punch a hole in the wall. Will also hafta' put something under the part that goes over the top of the door so it does not scratch up the door. Needed something so when you pull something out of the dryer you can hang it up to button it up or zip it up or whatever before you go put it in a closet.

Does NOT fit securely over standard interior doors

The over-the-door hooks are much too wide for standard doors. The measurements in the description need to specify the actual width of the door hooks alone--not including the clothes hooks.

Poor quality and it does not work on doors

The top of this hook is way too wide to sit over the top of doors. Instead of being a couple of inches wide, it's more like 5-6 in wide. Therefore, it would bang around when moving the door, and it looks awkward.

I've had these before. They disappear into the back of a white door when not in use and work great for hanging clothes, esp if they have loops so you don't get a dent in the fabric. If no loop, try hanging from the neck into the armpit.

It's ok, average

The part of the hanger that sits on the very top of your door was huge. Every time I opened & closed the door the hook would bang against it because it didn't sit flush against the door. I returned it.
