Zippity Outdoor Products has created an aesthetically pleasing product in this Liberty Lattice Solid Rooftop Accessory. Designed to go on top of the Liberty lattice white vinyl privacy screen kit ZP19052. This privacy screen top is well made of vinyl and is paintable, UV protected, and water resistant. Backed by a 10 year warranty, which says a lot! It measures 36 inches by 39 inches by 1.5 inches.

This product is awesome! It is heavy duty plastic, hence rust proof, easy to assemble, also never needs to be painted, maintenance free, and I expect it to last a LIFETIME. I LOVE the material as I know that it will be impervious to weather abuse, unlike wood, which will rot, warp, also degrade over time; metal will eventually rust out, also need to be pained, hence plastic is the ideal. Something else I love about it is that it is fairly light so that when it has 18" of snow sitting on it, I can simply flip it over to clear the snow off, when using it as a cover, like over my AC compressor, or I can leave it alone, MY CHOICE. I live in New England, and we get some major storms, snow everywhere; the last snowstorm was 18" of snow. I ordered this product as soon as found it as I'd been thinking about buying something like it for this very purpose. Actually, I could use more than one... Another use will be placed on the ground, at an angle, by my cellar door. When we get terrential downpour, I sometimes get some water in my basement, which seeps in through the opening for the walk out basement door. I have discovered that if I place a barrier there to redirect the water1-2 feet AWAY from the basement door, I can avoid water in the basement. The entryway to the cellar is slightly sloped; water does NOT travel uphill, so it is enough to get the water AWAY from the door so that it can roll down to the back yard (grass), hence alleviate a messy clean up. Another non-winter applications for it would be for use as a gate to block the exit to my deck to keep my dog on the deck, again, be weather resistant. While it does not LOCK in place, it would work to keep my dog on the deck. This material would also be super to clean, so I will probably clean it up once/year just to keep it looking great.

A clean look and design that nicely tops-off a a liberty lattice enclosure. The issue for me was I didn't realize this item was only the top of the enclosure! Totally my error. So I'll need to get the matching Liberty lattice privacy screen kit. However, I found this rooftop accessory easy to assemble using just my cordless drill and a Phillips screwdriver bit.. The instructions were detailed and the illustrations accurate and easy to follow - a big plus!
