I love this service. It was easy to install on my wall and my clothes hang nicely to dry.
I bought 2 for a laundry room thinking we'd pop them open only when needed. Put them level about 32" apart - wife liked the idea of hanging rod between them - can come down for streamline looks but she uses it most of the time
I used 1/4" toggle bolts (not the included sleeves) to wount it in my walk-in closer. Works great to dry out my karate uniform quickly after a run through the washer. Folds to almost nothing when not in use.
Easy to install, comes with required hardware to mount and is quite sturdy.

Difficult to open & close. Does exactly the function I was looking for when left open; but the space requires it to close so that adjacent cabinet door can be opened fully. Will return.
