Great dresser.

Love that it is actual wood. Fairly easy to put together. 2 hours by myself. All parts were included. Just the right size.

Poor quality, difficult assembly, no customer service

Asse3mbly takes considerable time. The directions are poor. If you make a mistake, undoing the mistake is difficult due to the poor quality of what appears to be fiber board (not solid wood). The material cracks.

It's funny that I got

It's funny that I got an email to review this product as I have yet to receive it 30 days later. I ordered this dresser on 8/17 and receive an email on 8/21 saying that my dresser, night stand, and bed frame had shipped. I got everything but the dresser. I have been in contact with customer service and was told that a new one "was shipped out" on 8/30. Then on 9/6 I reached out again to see where the dresser was, as I had not got the item. I received a replay on 9/11 and was told that it was "being loaded onto the truck." As of today 9/15 none of the three shipping tracking numbers show any change in stats and I waiting to hear back from my last email. It is quite frustrating that it takes 3-5 days to hear back when a question is asked.

Unable to use product

I have no idea if it is a good product because I bought as a set with a matching bed and I still have not received the bed in over one month. I would never buy from this company again.

Very nice, great customer service

I ordered the 3 drawer dresser, the bed frame and the nightstand and I absolutely love them. The dresser had a small defect but the company resolved it over the phone in less than 5 minutes. It was easy to put together and came pretty fast. The only suggestion I would make is to lay out and count your hardware, they do not come labeled.
