Great! Easy to set up the water sensors, and the sensors are reliable

Could have better integration

It hooked up OK, took a few tries to pair the sensors and know which was which number. I tired to pair it to Google, but it says it does not understand the device. I have a few Google hubs and was hoping I could show status or alerts there. Don't keep the cell phones on the web all the time.

No return contact.

Called support, explained alarm’s not showing on iPhone. I was told someone would email me instructions. That was 3 days ago. No response as of y.

Loud, as it should be!

The water leak sensors by themselves work great. It’ll detect water through the 4 probes on its underside or a drip, from the two probes on its top surface. The alarm is loud and adjustable. But more importantly, you can download an app that can notify you if a leak is detected. This works well when you’re away but can easily call someone to close the main water valve. The app did take a while to load, but that feature is worth the effort and time. Great device!

I got these to put under my sinks and the seem to work just fine. the only complaint I have is the wi-fi gate way seams a little big.

Hard to set up, great alarm volume

It's fairly hard to set up, using the auto scan feature in the app is the way to go. Other than that it's a great product, the alarm is loud and push notifications for water detection worked, the gateway seems reliable, and the gateway allowed other water detectors to attach.

Super loud and great functionality

I did a control test of each one, they all work, and are very loud, and it also notified me on the app as well. One is in the water heater drain pan, one is under the kitchen sink, and one is under the washing machine.

OMG - these are awesome! Good devices, standalone or networked, good app

I got these to see if they provided any more utility than the $10 hardware store 9v type. These are *awesome*. I think I will get more sensors to add to the system; it's that good, in my opinion. Managed to get everything set-up and function tested to my satisfaction within about 15 minutes or so. The alarms by default are very loud, very noticeable. Alarm sound level is configurable. Each unit runs on 2 AAA batteries (included). The app is good - easy to use once you follow the manual supplied with the devices. Each sensor can be named so that it is distinguishable in the app. When a sensor detects water, it goes into alarm & if connected to the network, your phone will provide a notification of a water leak alert at (name of device). Very cool. I freak out when water gets where it shouldn't - this kit helps put my mind at ease (a little bit). I'll buy more sensors...this system is great.

These devices could save you thousands of dollars in repairs

If you're a homeowner, a water leak is one of the worst and most expensive disasters that you can face. Even a small leak can cause thousands of dollars in damage to a home if it isn't detected and stopped immediately. I ordered this 3-pack of Airthereal water leak detectors to protect my home both when I'm at home or away. If I'm at home the alarm on each detector is so loud that it will wake me up if I'm sleeping. If I'm away from home I will receive an alert on my phone so I will know right away that I have a problem. I put these detectors in the 3 places in my home where I am most likely to experience a leak: Under my kitchen sink, next to my hot water heater, and in my attic. I have a reverse osmosis water filter installed under my kitchen sink, so that is why I'm worried about that location. The WiFi gateway that comes with this bundle can work with up to 24 leak detectors, so you can buy more to cover additional areas in your home if 3 isn't enough. I already own an air filter and an ozone generator by Airthereal, so I know they make great products. For the price, these leak detectors are a great value and one of the best things you can buy to protect your home. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to set up, super loud alarm

Bought these mostly to place in my basement, My home was built in 1890 so the limestone foundation tends to leak after rain, even though we back plastered it a few years ago. I have boxes of Christmas decorations and other things down there that I don't want to get wet. The alarms were easy to connect to the Airia app but were incredibly loud on default, so I had to mute them during setup. The user manual was helpful in explaining all the different settings. This package comes with 3 detectors, which I didn't need, so I placed the third one upstairs in my garage by the ceiling. My reasoning here is that I have a security camera in my garage, so if that camera goes off during the night, I can use the loud SOS mode on the water leak detector to scare away intruders. I'm trying to set up some sort of automation so if the camera goes off it will trip the alarm automatically, but communicating between the 2 different apps (security camera and Airia) has been difficult so far, so I will have to do it manually. Hopefully, I never have to use it.
