A great solid piece of furniture for the kids. Unfinished but that is no big deal. Water based urethane worked great.

No instructions

They look more white in pictures. The chairs are like an unfinished pine, which is fine. But the package didn't include building instructions. It's not rocket science but.. I don't want to mess it up. Chairs currently in pieces on the floor still.

Looks good but looks are deceiving

I was excited when we received the table and chairs, they are a great size and feel solid, unfortunately two of the chairs need to be replaced within the first year.

great quality solid wood chairs

These little chairs are really strong and durable. We had them in our house for maybe 5 years now with a couple of energetic boys who use them all the time and they have held up well. Unlike a lot of little kid furniture, these are big/strong enough for grown ups to borrow and sit on okay.

Lightweight but sturdy

I bought these chairs to go with a small table for my granddaughter. They are lightweight but sturdy. After applying a stain and finish to match the table, the chairs look as if them came as a set with the table. Very pleased with the chairs and would recommend them for children's furniture.

This chair set was exactly what I was looking for....

This chair set was exactly what I was looking for. Instructions were well illustrated. Could have used 3 hands for some sections but managed. Quality of wood is very nice. Would buy again and I'm picky.

One of the chairs has a knot and a split...

One of the chairs has a knot and a split at the crown of one of the uprights. It will need a glue procedure to keep its integrity. All the other parts are fine.

Sturdy chair, good price! Could be stained or painted.
