Terrible step stool

One of the holes was too large for the screw. Customer service has not gotten back to me after I made two calls.

Not good.

The box came in decent shape, but was missing the instructions and the hardware so we can't even put it together!

Perfect toddler stool

It’s the perfect h night for our 19 month old. Bright white and very sturdy. I didn’t like the marks of off white color on it several places

Very sturdy, but yet with the handhold, my grandchildren are able to carry it wherever they want to use it. 

Heavy stairs

I love Melissa and Doug products so I went to this when we needed stairs. They are heavy and clunky I wish I went for lighter stairs that my child could move around to be a bit more independent. If you have a child who you need to restrict their climbing this would be a good pick for stairs.

Love this stool!

My daughter loves it. We use it in the restroom so she can step up and wash her hands and brush her teeth. It seems very strudy, too.

Ordered two. The first one was sturdy - the second not so great. Cute for their purpose but not consistent.

Have never received the hardware pack or the assembly instructions that didn’t come with the stool boards. Have tried to contact customer service twice but neither time has this been resolved. Thought both times the parts were coming but nothing has arrived. Can’t use this step stool unless I have the instructions on how to put it together and the hardware to make this safe. Unhappy!

Was disappointed with the quality of the wood product. Just in putting step stool together had 2 places where the white paint chipped off.

Got this for my 3 year old grandson so he can reach the sink and also help Nana bake! Perfect height! Super sturdy.

This thing is sturdy and heavy! Which is a good thing when you have a very active toddler. I could see how it could get slippery, so we bought a roll of grippy tape and put a few strips across the steps. You could also use tubshower stickers.

Disappointing

Arrived damaged (finish chipped off a corner). Also the finish is super smooth/slippery, without traction treads. Looks nice but disappointing quality/function. A plastic stool would do a better job and cheaper too.

Study, definitely will last a long time. Easy to wipe. Definitely for a spot where you don’t need to move it constantly as the sturdiness does translate to heaviness (toddlers can move it but only by painful draggingscraping along the floor) - for our situation that is good because I do not want our 2yo accessing anything but the sink with her little stool )

great stepstool! Easy to assemble, sturdy and looks good in our space. Realized quickly we shouldn't put it in bathroom since it's wood and our kiddo is a water splasher, but otherwise no issues

Handy little stool for my daughter, perfect for using the sink. Also nice that it doesn’t move around by pushing it because of the grippers on the bottom, only by picking it up. Helpful so it can’t be pushed and redirected to an area she’s not supposed to be!

It is sturdy, and the shape/size is perfect. Unfortunately, it is advertised as wood, and it isnt! It is made of cheap looking fake wood (a kind of presswood or melamine, very slippery by the way). Would not have bought it since it is not what I was looking for.

The kids love it. They run to brush their teeth or wash their hands just so they can climb up. Does not interfere with closing bathroom door but tall enough for my high countertop.

Very useful as step stool for 2.5 year old son. Now he couldenjoy washing his hands in our sink while smiling at his reflection in the mirror. As always Wayfair rocks. love their products and swift delivery even in the middle of a pandemic.

Great sturdy little step stool that our toddler can move around himself and looks a little nicer than a something plastic. It was a little challenging to put together because I kept putting things on backwards, but that might have been due to my "helper".
