Easy to use

Machine works great in our small office. This machine is a little work horse. It really can produce a lot of ice and works great.

Takes up a large space on the counter. Ad said you could connect a water line to it, but we could not find a place to do that, disappointed. Otherwise makes ice and can be used for parties and such.

Product listed as able to be direct hookup for water line, absolutely nowhere is there such a connection or does the manual specify how this is achieved! It just says they recommend calling a plumber…..

Pretty large for a counter top ice maker. The controls are small and harder to read. It is also fairly loud, but makes three sizes of ice. If the ice cubes are not used they melt to be recycled again. It does not hold ice, just makes ice. Would I purchase? Yes.

Glad I got the Geek Squad warranty as it quit working after 6 months. Thanks to Best Buy warranty was able to get full refund (minus Geek Warranty). I gave it 3 stars because when it worked it worked great. Made ice quickly and made plenty of it! Also a heavy duty made machine, just appears to be issues with the electronics

[Rewarded Review] Powerhouse ice maker

Bought for my parents beach house. There's always between 12 and 20 people there all summer. The ice from the refrigerator could never keep up. This was a great addition this year. Super easy setup just plug in and fill. Was making ice in minutes.

Ice cubes are wet and then stick together when you put in freezer to hold. It does make a lot of ice in a short amount of time. So if you don't need to freeze to keep and use right away, it's great.

We are loving this ice makers, I feel like this was a good purchase for us, it was a big investment, but so far I feel like it has paid for its self, and we don’t have to run to the store every week to buy ice, and we know its only been handed by one person with our own water, the cubes a bullet shaped, 3 size options and last longer in our drinks than the store bought ice, Which melts quickly. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Had this through the warmest month of July in our area in 70 years. Worked like champ. I have it in a big room, but be warned it puts out a pretty decent amount of heat from the blower.
