Check you windshield frame before buying.

This is a well made product but it didn’t mount on my Cobalt windshield because my wind screen frame is rounded over 180°. The clamp on the mirror requires two 90° corners for the set screws to tighten and set. Make sure you have the right windshield frame type before buying. Wholesale Marine deliver and return service is outstanding.

This is a great mirror for the price. It would up being the only 'wide view' mirror that properly fit over the windshield frame of my boat. I did add a small piece of nylon belting to snug up the fit but this mirror provides an excellent wide angle view of skiers and tubers.

Don't throw away the box it came in before you're sure it works on your windshield! The bracket is too shallow to allow the screws to come in contact with a beveled (curved) windshield frame. It makes for a very flimsy installation and if you happen to bump it, the whole mirror goes flying off onto the boat floor. Unfortunately, after I thought I had finally gotten a tight fit, once out on the water, someone's hand bumping it as they reached to fiddle with the stereo controls knocked the whole thing completely off the windshield.

When piloting my boat I often sit down and then stand up. This mirror does not swivel and you can not adjust the mirror without having to unscrew it so it wont work for me. Was not to painful to install and is of good quality, but not being able to swivel is a show stopper

Easy installation and gives a wide view. At this price I expected some distortion but there was none; very clear. I just wish it held its adjustment position a little better as it will move a bit under some conditions.
