Nice faucet after three tries. Received faultyincorrect handles twice. Wasted a lot of time and money paying contractor to installuninstall multiple times. Manufacturer rectified promptly, however.
Looks nice, but very poor quality. After installation, water was spraying out of the base of the spigot. My husband was able to take it apart and discovered that the 2 O rings that were supposed to seal the unit were missing. My husband happened to have a complete set of O rings in various sizes and was able to fix it. Very few people woul have the ability to fix this. The plastic clips on the water supply fittings are also low quality and I doubt this product will last long. My advice: pay a bit more for a higher quality product.
Absolutely gorgeous. Such great quality and the design is modern, but timeless. The gold color is perfect. So happy I selected this product. Bought two of them, one for each bathroom sink.
Recently purchased 2 faucets for a double sink vanity. Each faucet has internal issues with the seals. Leaking from the moment I turned them on. Do not recommmend
Beautiful finish, good weight and well made too! I gave to my contractor to install and he said it was super easy to install . . . thumbs up!
Lovely. The shape is distinctive and sets it apart from the standard U-shape faucets that have gotten a bit boring and overused. It looks great in our bathroom and we're happy with the purchase.
this faucet is very nice. We are having problems, keeping the hoses from not kinking.. and because the hoses or welded to the fixture, we can’t change them out . it’s a problem i hope we can fix . i love the faucet but if we can’t fix the hoses they do us no good
Beautiful Faucet
First of all I am going to mention corrosion issues many have mentioned. That has nothing to do with the faucet. It is a cleaning issue caused by hard water. Look it up. The faucet doesn't cause it. Your water or your lack of cleaning or using corrosive cleaning products cause it. Stop blaming the faucet.
I was excited to install this faucet, it has a unique and attractive design. However, shortly after installing the faucet it started to leak and leave a water stain (see first photo). I can remove the water stain, but it has corroded the finish on the faucet leaving an unattractive brown spot (see second photo).
Beautiful Fixture that really pulls together the new modern aesthetic. I love the curve and the handles. It also comes with a black drain that pops up easily and closes with just a push of the finger. Im going to order another for my other bathroom and finish this renovation off with round mirrors with a black light fixture.
The metal quickly discolored- in a couple of months. Initially looked nice but they get terrible water spots and the metal discolored with all pieces. So unhappy with this product. I bought 3 of these for 3 different sinks, they all look the same. My tub spout from this company also rusted quickly.
Very bad corrosion like others have mentioned
Looks great at first but after your mother-in-law washes her paws a few times and splashes water onto the knobs, they start to oxidize and corrode and look terrible.
Wayfair has the absolute worst quality items. I don’t know why I kept giving it a try. They literally send pekoe’s heavily used, damaged or just straight up wrong products and refuse to stand behind anything they sell. We have spent so many thousands of dollars for our company and will never ever order from here again.
These look beautiful. The water flow is great and overall I'm thrilled with these. The only problem was that the hose connection was too short. We ended up buying something to lengthen them but that made it a bit more difficult. Our house was built in the 80's, so if your house is newer you may not run into this problem.
Soooooo upset! Had my licensed contractor install this item. It looked gorgeous but thank God I was home and notice that both the hot and the cold valves were broken and leaking profusely even though it was installed properly. So disappointed.
I ordered two of these (chrome) to replace some very expensive faucets that the previous homeowner installed in the master bathroom remodel. I really disliked the old faucets and wanted something more practical. These match the rest of the chrome bathroom fixtures quite well, but they also give plenty of space between the spout and the sink and have a smooth water flow. The pop-up drain is large, comparatively, but looks fine. I reused my old overflow drain covers because this faucet does not include any.
The hoses that connect the handles to the regulator get pinched because of the short distance vs the length of the hose, which resulted in very little water coming out of the faucets. We are no longer able to return so these are going in the trash and we are buying two completely new faucets. Horrible design.
This is stunning in our double vanity guest bathroom! Our contractor and I both noticed the elegance of the height from where the water comes out. Think of the times when you want to splash your face with water and have to get your head down close to the sink. This sink faucet overcomes that need because the water is high enough (without splattering) that you can splash your face or brush your teeth without getting your head in the sink! The finish is nickel and the pictures don't do it justice - it looks tarnished but in person they are lovely and bright.
LOVE! No opinion on life of product as it has only been installed for two weeks. However, in this time, I have fallen in love! Love the tone of the brushed brass, love, the quality, is of installation – according to my son-in-law, who is a plumber. Just really fabulous all-around purchase don’t be nervous!
Poor quality, corrodes in 6 months
I loved the look of these and paid ~$150 x 3 to get these for a home remodel. Within 6 months significant corrosion visible. They look terrible now - a real eye sore. I also purchased a Kohler kitchen faucet that still looks brand new. I'll need to replace all 3 LUXIER with better quality Kohler faucets. I'm out ~$800 including installation.
