Miserable. Nothing but regrets

The box had 2 of the left side. In order to assemble it you need one left side of one right side. So I filled out the online stuff to get a replacement and they want me to return it, which is fine, but I can’t return it to a target store for some reason? I have to disassemble the whole thing and somehow get it to fit back in the box. It came in and then mail it back for the return/exchange. I guess I hope the replacement has the correct sides. If it’s two right sides i’m going to be furious. But all in all, I just really regret buying this at all and having to mess with this whole rigmarole. i’m including a picture of the box that I have to figure out how to get all these pieces back into and then tape closed.

Worth it

This a quality item ! I bought this for my grandson and he will get many years of use out of it.

Cute but chemical

2 stars because it is a great height for toddlers and sturdy…but the entire room has a strong chemical smell. It’s unbearable and definitely does not feel safe for a toddler to breathe.

Ok, won't purchase again

Came damaged, plastic plugs where an issue when assembling, strong order when placed in room

Color is off

the pink stool is not bright pink, it's very muted. disappointed in the color.

I’m happy with my purchase. It is just as advertised. 2 things to note, it comes unassembled and it doesn’t have a storage spot. I assumed it would have been built and that we could put toys in the top but that was my fault for assuming! Great step, but just wanted to mention those two things just in case you assume like me =)

Large and sturdy, but wish we had purchased a foldable stool for the kids bathroom.

Its awesome and I was able to use glitter spray paint and it matches with the spare bedroom decor beautifully.

Easy to assemble

Purchased as a replacement for a bedside step stool which was not sturdy enough. However, when placed side by side with the old repaired stool, the old stool is more attractive and slightly larger. This will be kept as a backup.
