We loved it! First one arrived damaged but got a replacement right away. Great quality, does smell for a bit but not for too long.. drawers are a little smaller than average but not of a concern for us. Would totally recommend. Looks awesome at a great price point

Very nice chest, but not at all the same color as other “acorn” stain furniture in this same range. The left photo is of this chest, and the right is of the larger version of the dresser we got a couple of years ago. Very disappointing since we bought this to match!

Beautiful dresser that came pre assembled and extremely well packaged! The color was a little different than I expected, slightly more cherry in color than a warm acorn as pictured (-1 Star), but still a nice presentation. It does not provide a lot of storage so I'll be pairing with the larger 6 drawer as well. I can't say with complete confidence that I would buy again at even the on sale price point due to material concerns holding up to inevitable moves and scratches, but it is a step up from average quality and operates smoothly.

horrible customer service

Purchased 2 of tgese chests. One went together fine. The other chest was missing part G. 3 months later and multiple calls (like 10-12 calls) trying to get the missing part my chest is still not together. No one calls me back and email attempts have failed. They sent a piece to replace missing part that is 1” too thick so the deawers will not close. It has been an exhausting attempt to get my product and after another exhausting attempt today to speak to a supervisor, that i was told was not available and could not contact me for 24-48 hours im again left empty handed by Home Depot customer service… but they have the money that i paid for a chest that I have yet to be able to put together and use. Wow! Can someone please help make this right ?

No Good

This was an awful experience. This item is completely damaged ypon arrival. Now Home Depot is telling me because it arrived damaged I have to take to store to return. This should not be the case, i cant even lift this,

Heavy and sturdy

I am always worried about furniture being damaged during delivery but not with this piece. Box came with internal padding all over corners and had wood/chipboard at base for extra support inside the box. All corners had thick card protection. Fully assembled - only installation was to reinstall the drawer hardware from the inside protection to the outside. It is super heavy - need 2 people to carry it.Pricing is expensive. Cheaper than Wayfair’s $900 but still, drawers are not soft close.

I ordered the Williams chest, queen bed and nightstand. The night stand, bedrails, and foot board were the same color gray stain, the headboard clearly looked like it had a very strong yellow cast and the chest color was in between the headboard color and the color of the other pieces. I have ordered several of this same bedroom pieces in gray without issue. I was offered a replacement for the headboard which has not yet come but not for the chest. The wayfair rep actually told me I should not have expected the pieces to be the same color since they were not sold as a set. REALLY he said that. They were all from the Williams bedroom collection in Gray! I was unable to return all of it without having to pay for shipping on some of the items. Total BS and a very poor experience given I have furnished several properties with their furniture. No more.

Don’t Buy… Smells Horrible

This is such a great looking dresser but the chemical smell is horrendous! I am so disappointed. I talked to Home Depot’s customer service and they recommended an air purifier. They then suggested a 10% discount was fair since we are dealing with the smell, but that discount wouldn’t even cover the cost of an air purifier.

3 Drawer Accent Chest & Shipping.

Mother-in-law absolutely loves it! Quality wood product (not mdf). Packaging had some damage, but once opened product was fine.They can improve on communication as to when product ships as well as tracking numbers. Received product and didn't know it had shipped yet!

UPS delivery fail! Dresser is beautiful!

Beautiful piece of furniture! Matches my acorn color mid century bed frame perfectly! Great quality! Only 4 stars becsuse of the terrible UPS delivery experience! Fully assembled but the delivery did not make it to my door! It was left on the ground floor with no way for me to bring it up the two flights of stairs!Had to let it sit outside overnight hoping no one stole it…until the next day, for me to ask maintenance to help me bring it up. It was too heavy for me and my adult daughter. Didnt have a dolly or anyway to bring it up to my door! I did get a message from UPS though… they stuck it to my door saying: “sorry we missed you!” They missed me because they showed up a day before it was scheduled for delivery! UPS Failed!

This dresser is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Made of solid wood. My first delivery, the dresser was cracked on top, super easy to have new dresser delivered. Customer service was outstanding. White glove delivery directly to my room and up 18 stairs.

Looks nice but the quality is not there. If I had seen it in person I probably would not have purchased. Not terrible but for the price expect better workmanship. I think my ikea furniture is better quality.

The dresser is beautiful once assembled…but the assembly wasn’t smooth. One part was completely wrong size and instead of replacing that part, the company stated could only send whole dresser replacement so we had to get a pickup for the previous. Also the drawer knobs threads were off, thankfully we had backup with replacement!

Well made with nice finish. One minor issue-the legs are not aligned properly, and stick out beyond the footprint of the chest... So when pushed up against a wall for example, the chest is slightly not parallel to the wall. . Otherwise good product.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Its bigger than I expected it to be. Thank goodness I didn’t buy two! This piece we shipped to a door on the second level of a three story house which was not the correct delivery spot. I managed to move the whole box down a flight of stairs and drag it across the driveway by myself. It was 125 lbs. The point is…this was packaged very well and even with all that movement and sliding across gavel and cement there was no damage or scratches.I also own the bedside tables from this collection. They are just as beautiful but the bottom edge has chipped off over a year or so of use. I’m not sure what type of coating is on the wood but it doesn’t look like its just a stain on wood because of the way its chipped off. Just giving people a heads up. Less

This is a nice solid price. Like the design and appears to be well made. The 4 stars are for the extreme odor. For days I had to remove the dresser from my son's room because the smell was so toxic. His clothes still smell despite being aired out and putting bowls of baking soda in each drawer.

I’ve had this set for just over a year now and it is severely disappointing. The handles keep falling off the big dresser and it’s all starting to scuff and fall apart with very little use. I’d advise to skip this and spend more elsewhere. Buying this is like lighting money on fire and contributing a lot of junk to a landfill.

I was really disappointed in this item and Wayfair's customer service. I completed the online form, with photos, 3 times, asking to be contacted by customer service and never heard back from them. I had hoped to be able to return the item for replacement but needed assistance in doing so, as the box was not useable after I removed the product. The packaging was completely inadequate. There were fiberboards in the box, probably to protect the item, that were broken and wedged in so that I had to further break them to get the item out. Once the item was out of the box, I discovered it had multiple scratches, dents (including a gouge on the top of the dresser). The seams, where pieces were put together, were widely spaced and the product looks cheap. I rec'd the matching nightstand prior to this and that was in great condition so I expected the same. After mult tries to get some sort of response from their customer service (I also tried the chat function and got nothing there either), I gave up and went for the partial discount. Now I have to decide what to do because I'd like something that matches the nightstand but would be embarrassed for someone to see this in my home. I have more pictures of the damage but attached 3, as examples. The chips / dents and seams are all over the piece of furniture.
