Beautiful dresser that came pre assembled and extremely well packaged! The color was a little different than I expected, slightly more cherry in color than a warm acorn as pictured (-1 Star), but still a nice presentation. It does not provide a lot of storage so I'll be pairing with the larger 6 drawer as well. I can't say with complete confidence that I would buy again at even the on sale price point due to material concerns holding up to inevitable moves and scratches, but it is a step up from average quality and operates smoothly.

horrible customer service

Purchased 2 of tgese chests. One went together fine. The other chest was missing part G. 3 months later and multiple calls (like 10-12 calls) trying to get the missing part my chest is still not together. No one calls me back and email attempts have failed. They sent a piece to replace missing part that is 1” too thick so the deawers will not close. It has been an exhausting attempt to get my product and after another exhausting attempt today to speak to a supervisor, that i was told was not available and could not contact me for 24-48 hours im again left empty handed by Home Depot customer service… but they have the money that i paid for a chest that I have yet to be able to put together and use. Wow! Can someone please help make this right ?

No Good

This was an awful experience. This item is completely damaged ypon arrival. Now Home Depot is telling me because it arrived damaged I have to take to store to return. This should not be the case, i cant even lift this,

Heavy and sturdy

I am always worried about furniture being damaged during delivery but not with this piece. Box came with internal padding all over corners and had wood/chipboard at base for extra support inside the box. All corners had thick card protection. Fully assembled - only installation was to reinstall the drawer hardware from the inside protection to the outside. It is super heavy - need 2 people to carry it.Pricing is expensive. Cheaper than Wayfair’s $900 but still, drawers are not soft close.

Don’t Buy… Smells Horrible

This is such a great looking dresser but the chemical smell is horrendous! I am so disappointed. I talked to Home Depot’s customer service and they recommended an air purifier. They then suggested a 10% discount was fair since we are dealing with the smell, but that discount wouldn’t even cover the cost of an air purifier.

3 Drawer Accent Chest & Shipping.

Mother-in-law absolutely loves it! Quality wood product (not mdf). Packaging had some damage, but once opened product was fine.They can improve on communication as to when product ships as well as tracking numbers. Received product and didn't know it had shipped yet!

UPS delivery fail! Dresser is beautiful!

Beautiful piece of furniture! Matches my acorn color mid century bed frame perfectly! Great quality! Only 4 stars becsuse of the terrible UPS delivery experience! Fully assembled but the delivery did not make it to my door! It was left on the ground floor with no way for me to bring it up the two flights of stairs!Had to let it sit outside overnight hoping no one stole it…until the next day, for me to ask maintenance to help me bring it up. It was too heavy for me and my adult daughter. Didnt have a dolly or anyway to bring it up to my door! I did get a message from UPS though… they stuck it to my door saying: “sorry we missed you!” They missed me because they showed up a day before it was scheduled for delivery! UPS Failed!

Looks nice but the quality is not there. If I had seen it in person I probably would not have purchased. Not terrible but for the price expect better workmanship. I think my ikea furniture is better quality.

The dresser is beautiful once assembled…but the assembly wasn’t smooth. One part was completely wrong size and instead of replacing that part, the company stated could only send whole dresser replacement so we had to get a pickup for the previous. Also the drawer knobs threads were off, thankfully we had backup with replacement!

Well made with nice finish. One minor issue-the legs are not aligned properly, and stick out beyond the footprint of the chest... So when pushed up against a wall for example, the chest is slightly not parallel to the wall. . Otherwise good product.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Its bigger than I expected it to be. Thank goodness I didn’t buy two! This piece we shipped to a door on the second level of a three story house which was not the correct delivery spot. I managed to move the whole box down a flight of stairs and drag it across the driveway by myself. It was 125 lbs. The point is…this was packaged very well and even with all that movement and sliding across gavel and cement there was no damage or scratches.I also own the bedside tables from this collection. They are just as beautiful but the bottom edge has chipped off over a year or so of use. I’m not sure what type of coating is on the wood but it doesn’t look like its just a stain on wood because of the way its chipped off. Just giving people a heads up. Less

This is a nice solid price. Like the design and appears to be well made. The 4 stars are for the extreme odor. For days I had to remove the dresser from my son's room because the smell was so toxic. His clothes still smell despite being aired out and putting bowls of baking soda in each drawer.

Love this dresser. It is great quality and the drawers open and close nicely. Beware it took 5 hours to put it together but was totally worth it! Highly recommend .

Great quality and beautiful

I was very pleasantly surprised with this dresser! It does require assembly with took my hubby almost 2 hours, but the instructions were very clear, and all parts were included. The finish is absolutely beautiful, and this was a heavy piece of furniture when put together. The caning on front is subtle and gorgeous! The handles are also very pretty. The drawers are nice and deep and work well. 5 stars for this product!

Love the size. Not traditional small night stand!

Only had to unpack and even the legs were attached. Came heavily wrapped and boxed. Good looking. We have 2 as night stands and drawers are deep and really to fill. Yes I would recommend!

Well made, but image doesn't match item color.

This item is well made. But it is a lot darker wood in person. The image doesn't match the color. I thought it might work as a match with the camiflexi dresser but they are completely different colors. Although, the colors on the images match. Again a well made product just didn't match.

Attractive mid century style however falls short. . 1. Contrary to what I was told by s Houzz rep, the drawers only clear about halfway - do not fully extend so you cannot see and maybe not reach what’s in the back half of the drawers, Particularly the shallower top drawer. . 2. The construction is so so. Not nearly as well-made as a similar style in a different finish that I purchased from Living Spaces five years ago that still looks great but not currently available in white. The extra $75 Was well worth it. . 3. The dresser was just left at our front door while out of town despite instructions not to deliver it until a certain date. We hired installers to remove the dresser from the box and set it up. The dresser was badly damaged. It is not possible to re-box it to ship back which the seller is now requesting. The box was also damaged so not suitable to return, nor possible for us to lift the Dresser back into the box. . . I have written the seller requesting a replacement dresser while allowing the damaged one to be donated to a local charity that has a truck to pick it up. Less
