The manufacturer created this incorrect and we were unable to install the drawer racks properly. They also only offered 60 refund lol

This product comes with a huge poisonous warning sign on it. I tried to return this to Wayfair and they told me I would have to pay for return shipping, which would be 756.86. The return shipping is purposely made so expensive that you will not return the product. They want to charge the shipping cost, which is double the cost of the actual product. I think it’s time to give them a rating on the better Business Bureau. This is not Customerservice! Shame on Wayfare first for selling a poisonous product and secondly for not accepting the return and paying for shipping themselves. Besides the fact that the product has to be put together entirely because it comes in pieces. I have purchased several vanities over the years and have never had to put them together.I will never purchase from Wayfair again.

Im very mechanically inclined in reading blue prints and this thing is a mess. If you actually assemble this correctly you are still wrong. DO NOT BUY.

Less than thrilled

No mention in product listing of possible difficulties that come with the sink top you choose. Overall quality is lacking, but appearance is acceptable. Assembly was a budget killer... we all know "time is money". Project must move forward, so it'll do. Be ready for sink issues, depending on what you choose for the topper. I chose a very basic top with a center, undermount sink... Had to call in MacGyver to set it.

Not pleased with the vanity base. The box it came in was all beat up and looked like it was a return which was retaped and sold to me. It came with impact damage to the right side wall not attributable to shipping, the screw in “feet” were missing and the bottom drawer mounting holes for the closing slides were drilled too high so the drawer will not close as it is mounted too high to fit the opening!!! Decent quality for the price but would NOT recommend buying it. Too much hassle to get it to work properly and be useable!!

Disappointing! The quality is poor and it came with a crack in the frame. It is difficult to get in touch with anyone to report the damage..: not sure I would purchase from here again:(

Vanity arrived safely packed. Was not too difficult to put together. Needed some reinforcement in the corners as the top being used was thick granite. Probably would have worked just fine without the reinforcement if a lighter countertop was being used. Overall, a nice product for the money.

okay but needs improvement

instructions were clear. pieces were sturdy. BUT, the hardware for the drawers to slide on our broke and will have to he replaced. the screws dedicated for the sliding bars were not long enough. there was a chip out of the leg. drawers do not line up well and there is gaps.

I read other reviews of this vanity and they weren’t very good. There were complaints of inferior materials, difficult directions and holes didn’t line up. I found NONE of these problems. I am a 77 year old female and, other than having someone to help me hold large pieces, put this together myself. I thought the directions were quite clear as long as you paid attention. Every piece was clearly marked as were the bags of screws. Everything lined up perfectly. The only thing I added was glue for added stability. The vanity is just what I wanted. I am very happy with the finished product.

Looks really good once put together. A little difficult to put it together but doable.

Product arrived on time. Several quality issues with the product as we assembled it. The wood pegs too small and kept falling out during install. One of the drawer rails was bent and ball bearings fell out—we were able to reinstall these and secure them in place. The website pictures showed two back support boards included in the final configuration installed from one end to other end. Ours did not have that so we had to purchase and install those as vanity is rickety w/o these back boards. Still awaiting my quartz countertop install on this vanity, hopefully no weight/support issues arise—product not super stable.

This cabinet looks so beautiful in my bathroom!! It is made out of high quality materials and seems like it will last a long time. It was fairly easy to assemble and looks super chic. The cabinet doors open smoothly and the bottom drawer glides easily and allows for a lot of under-sink storage!

This vanity looks great in my bathroom. I had to buy a sink to go on top which ended up fitting well. However the color is much more of a dark gray in person. In the pictures it looks a little bit more taupe.

Alaterre Furniture Bathroom Vanity

Several of the screws and bolts were not labeled right. 1 of the panels is cracked. Another piece was like paint crackled on one of the drawers Right on the top edge/front. The pre drilled holes for the glider bars were not lined up. Making the drawers not even.

I was gifted this Williamsburg 30 inch wide vanity cabinet only in Gray in exchange for my honest review by Influenster. I was super excited when I received this beautiful vanity. We are in the middle of a whole house remodel and one of the things I wanted to do was change out my cabinets in my bathrooms. This one is perfect for my guest bathroom. The color that it is of gray goes along great with the color scheme that I'm using for that particular bathroom. It's not pressed wood it is actual wood which I appreciate. It has a very nice very high-end design. I love my new bathroom cabinet. Thank you.

My vanity came in damaged. Influenster haven’t responded to any of my emails, so I contacted the company to try and resolve. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, but I will update as soon as I hear anything and I’m able to install this vanity. Incredibly disappointed as the quality seems lacking in such an expensive product. The doors were broken, there was no hardware to actually build it. The surface wasn’t just scratched, it was actually gouged out. So sad.
