Unhappy customer

Though this is to review this item I have another problem with LTD Commodities. In August I placed an order. I received an email approximately 2 weeks later saying a pillow sham was not available and I would be reimbursed. When I received my order I noticed that I was missing a set of cleaning brushes. I still have not been reimbursed and cannot get anyone to talk to about it. I have called several times. So I thought I would put it here. I hope someone email me to explain. Needless to say I’m not a satisfied customer!

Well, when I ordered these pans, I thought they were much, much larger. So I started to send back, but my husband loves them. He already said he wants his bread in one of those pans

i like the pans, but the inside is smaller than i measured.. i went by the measurements on my old pans, and the new pans are smaller.. but they are a good make, so should last along time..

I found the set of kehlani 16 piece dinnerware listed on google for the sale price of $63.37 and decided to order them in red. Sight showed that they were in stock. So I called a rep and explained that I was on vacation but would be willing to pay for them if they would ship them a little later than normal as i was o vacation She said that could not be done. So today I checked and they were still listed on sale so I decided to order them. However, when I opened my cart they were priced at almost $100 although they were still being shown for the sale price of google. I contacted wayfair and asked if they would they still let me have them at the sale price as i had found someone to send them to as we are not yet home. again, they were still listed on sale at google. She still refused. I didn't think my request was unreasonable and was really dissapointed i Wayfair. Don't think I will be using the again if they unbendable rules are more important than a repeat customer.

Perfect for my mini pumpkin bread loaves. I give to neighbors and they enjoy having a small loaf.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband (he's the cook in our family). I'm sure he will love them.
