Baking Marathon

I was asked to make mini zucchini breads for a college fair. I own one Wilton pan already. I have had it for at least 20….yes 20….years and love it. For the amount of mini loaves that I was to provide, I knew I needed another one to make the process go smoothly. My Wilton pan arrived in plenty of time before my baking marathon. I was so happy to see that the quality of the pan is a good as the quality of my seasoned pan. My pans didn’t let me down.

Easy release, which is great but I knocked a point off because the size of the individual loaves is too small for me.

Very disappointed with the shipping box and condition of the product. Also, the inability to write Wilton or get anyone on the phone or to return my call.

Excellent Mini-Loaf Pans!

I have two of these four-cavity mini-loaf pans. A recipe that makes one regular loaf will make four mini-loaves. These work great! Although they're nonstick, I still use my homemade pan release. The pans are very durable and clean up easily!

Love this pan. I make zucchini bread to sell at bake sales so I don't want a full size bread pan. These are the right size. Sturdy and the bread comes out easily. Would buy from this manufacturer again.
