Super thin. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars on something better. Shape is warping after only a couple uses and being hand washed.

Absolutely the only jelly roll/cookie sheet I trust with my Grandmothers chocolate chip cookie recipe!! My Mom gave me three when I got married and they're still perfect, 40 years later. I use them weekly and no one is allowed near my pans!!

I just paid almost $15 for a single cookie sheet 12 x 18. It’s supposed to be a professional version it’s made out of aluminum but it’s barely thicker than an aluminum can. I’m not joking this is junk. It says that the thing will not warp but it warped first time I used it, I do not recommend this and it’s definitely not worth $15. It’s going back to Walmart.

Great brownie pan

I like to make large batches of brownies using 3 box mixes at once and this pan is perfect for it. The edges/bottom don’t get over done. Would also work great for roasting a large amount of vegetables at once.
