The sheet cake I baked in this pan turned out evenly baked, was easy to get out of the pan onto the serving tray, and no problem cleaning it.

It is wonderful. It is great for cakes and making those big casseroles like King Ranch Chicken and Zucchini Casserole. Easy clean up. i will buy more of these baking pans/different sizes.

Excellent pan for a wide variety of baking jobs except for lasagna! Aluminum and high acid products do NOT MIX. I used to bake lasagna in mine when I was young. I wondered why it would have an odd aftertaste, especially when eating the leftovers. I lined the pan with heavy duty aluminum foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. That did the trick! Odd maybe since the foil is a srayed on paper aluminum product. All I know is that it works. Remember to remove leftovers quickly regardless. After lasagna, who is ready to clean up anyway! Great to roast anything. Excellent product for cakes!
