It is the expected product, accurate picture.

Fine woven mesh, lacks a bracket but that's why you're not paying 3 times as much. Ideal for straining sauces with fine unwanted particles such as raspberry seeds. Poppy seed sized objects would probably still get through.

Really great quality!

Oh my gosh, this is SO NICE! Much better than expecting, the quality is amazing. And it's a super-duper fine mesh, so great for bone broths and stocks.

While watching Cuisinart\'s Culinary course, Chef Jonathan Collins used an extra fine mesh 8\" strainer while making vegetable & chicken stocks. So I bought it from your firm because the strainer is deep & can be used with tall stock pots.

great for yogurt

Purchased it to strain my yogurt to make it thick like greek yogurt. Works like a charm. Recommend it over a coffee filter any day. Easy to clean.

Great Tool

This trainer is well worth the money, even if you only use it to strain yogurt. Makes makes that task so very easy in comparison to cheesecloth, coffee filters and other methods.
