Review on chair
Chairs arrived on time but two seats were damaged. I fixed the areas with some glue and sandpaper. Missing one screw but happened to have a similar screw that worked. Overall I really like the product just wish I did not have to do the extra work for a product I paid for expecting it to be in good shape.
Great Chairs, Sturdy but Light
We replaced the wooden dining room chairs in our restaurant with these metal framed chairs and it was a major improvement, both visually and functionally. They are very, very sturdy but not too heavy and extremely easy to put together. With the different seat color options, they can fit any decor.
Incomplete product
Chairs came without screws to attach wood seats to frames. Wood seats had no pilot holes drilled. I called Hayneedle and was told they could send screws but it would be over a week. Also said I could buy screws myself and they'd give me a discount.
