"Girl Math" is wanting a king size bed in a room that only accomodates a queen size bedframe. After much "mathing" I realized this bedframe in a queen size would perfectly fit a california king mattress and eliminate the wide platform edges that several other commenters seemed to dislike the functionality of. It makes for easier bed making and for our room was the perfect fit. Plus getting a bedframe you love the look of for the price of a queen frame instead of the king frame cost ain't too shabby either. Assembly was easy and even came with 2 instruction booklets and 2 sets of little tools so as a pair we got through it in a flash. The delivery guys were amazingggg ...delivered only 20 minutes into the 3 hr delivery window, called ahead to say they were on their way and actually brought the jumbo sized boxes right inside our front entry. The headboard has a hollow type sound to it so if you are looking for truly authentic live edge slab piece this isnt for you but it is beautiful in person and honestly probably far easier to clean/dust between the bowties than if it were live edge wood. All pieces are heavy and this bed is solid. I have no doubts it will stand the test of time.

The overall quality of the bedroom set is exceptional. The only issue I had was no communication about delivery delays. It finally arrived a month plus later than the original promised delivery date. That being said, I would certainly order from them again.

Beautiful bedroom set and it is solid wood. I would say for the price though the quality (thickness of the wood) if not the greatest. I can knock on the top of the dressers and it sounds the same as knocking on the sides of the dressers which tells me that the thickness of the wood on the top of the dresser is the same as the sides which is not very thick. This set is made in Indonesia not that , that is good or bad just was not aware until the boxes came and it was noted on the sides of the boxes. . The bedroom set is solid wood but I would say rather thin. I am happy with the look of the design but I am a bit disappointed with the quality (thickness of the wood) . Then again this is 2023 not the 1990's when solid furniture was built much more "solid" and looked and felt solid.I also did not care for the way the platform of the base is so much larger then the mattress. Which leaves like a step out of bed per say. Until I get used to it I 'sense" I may be getting some bruised shins.. as I walk around and/or get in or out of bed. The storage under the platform is fairly small and they are not drawers just a hinged door that drops down. Large enough to store your added sheets and maybe some thinner summer blankets even not that large they still are handy to have. Other then the quality not being the greatest and the platform being much larger then my king mattress. I do like the look and the style, very beautiful and you won't find many sets with this type of design with inlaid wood. For the price point I think it is kind of high considering how thin the wood is overall. Hope this review helps. I have no regrets buying the set as it is beautiful.. I do have reservations on how much I paid for it and the thickness of the wood overall. I do feel it was well built though.

I saw this Coaster bedroom set on Overstock or Wayfair and found it for a significantly better price through 1stopbedrooms. The quality actually exceeded my expectations. The bed is very heavy and sturdy with the side rails having a sort of dovetail into the footboard. The packaging was done extremely well with everything wrapped in Styrofoam and a few pieces had particle board supports in the box to add protection/support during shipping. The only damage was to the back panel inside one of the storage compartments under the bed. Everything looks amazing and it shipped much faster than expected., about 2.5 weeks from order to delivery. We're very happy with our purchase and the customer service through 1stopbedrooms was good.

Delayed delivery

I might like this item if it were ever delivered. It shipped all the way to Charleston which is only about 40 miles from our house. It was scheduled for last Thursday. Now it is sitting somewhere delayed. We tried contacting the carrier, but the phone number is out of order. We tried an 800 number, but no one answered. Overstock needs a different delivery company. This company has terrible reviews. Not sure if I will ever get my bed.

This might actually be the last bed I ever buy! This line of bedroom furniture has simply taken my breath away. It’s one of those pieces of furniture that you get and you instantly know that you will be handing it down to another member of your family one day. You don’t give it to someone because it’s sentimental, but because it’s beautiful and well-made and it screams to be used! I have been so impressed by the bed and the side table and I’m anxious to hopefully get my dresser installed soon along with the option of the new storage platform. Is there anything this company can do wrong? I doubt it!!! The Employees who interact with the public are customer service strong and stand behind their products for a year whether you buy the insurance or not. I have never been this impressed with furniture and it takes a lot to impress me since furniture is my business. Overstock.com has hit another one out of the park by offering up this line and adding it to its news 17 signature lines! Not to mention unbelievable prices yet again. Thank you for adding a new treasure that I hopefully my family will enjoy for a very long time!

Extremely heavy, but beautiful.

So close to perfect! But the last two pieces to be installed are challenging and of lower quality. Also, THIS BED IS VERY HEAVY. But man, it really looks great.
