I like that the tree was really full for an artificial tree.

part of the lights on the tree would not light and it was too late to take it back because i needed it for the company party so we had to deal with it

Stay away from this crap from *******. Spent $*** two years ago and I this year not a single light works on a 12’ tree. Customer service tells you to replace a bulb or fuse. Having replaced six fuses and 8 bulbs (from the spares that came with the tree) still no lights. I have counted no less than 50 burnt out bulbs from the 1,200 lights on the tree; and I only got up to the second section. I have resulted to cut the lights from the tree and use trustworthy lights. Please heed warning. A waste of hard earned money. Only buying American from here forward

Beautiful tree

I snagged this tree on sale, so worth the price to me. It’s so beautiful! However it requires a lot of fluffing. I think it took me about 3 hours to fluff. This is our first year with this tree but I am keeping the decor minimal as I think it’s beautiful on its own already. This is a must have!

We were disappointed by the tree. We spread out every single branch and there were still huge holes. Several branches on the bottom row laid completely on the floor because something was wrong with the hinges, so we had to wire them up. I’ve used a ton of ribbon to try and hide all the holes and make the tree look decent. Wish it looked more like the picture.

Beautiful tree, which comes in several tiers. It took a few hours to get it set up and the leaves fluffed out to my satisfaction. The lights are perfect - just the right amount, and the whole tree casts a soft glow. I recommend it, and would buy another.

Easy set-up, looks great!

Hubby said that this was the easiest tree to set up due to the center connections! The initial fluffing exercise was lengthly due it being packed flat, its height and the number of branches. Most branches have 3 sections at the tips that you have to separate and then fan open to make it look fuller.

Absolutely beautiful tree. It did take me an hour or so to shape it but it was so worth it. Very pleased.

Please be very careful Lowe’s indicated that the tree was multi color as stated on the web sit “ Traditional Artificial Christmas Tree 1200 Constant Multicolor Clear Incandescent Lights”. This tree in not multicolor and now 6 days before Christmas and we have no tree. Lowe’s stated they did not have any trees available and then said sorry.

Very realistic and a long-term bonus for the environment. It’s so well made that I plan to leave it to one of the kids. A bit of a hassle fanning out all the branches, but well worth the hour and a half of work. No more dead tree posing a fire hazard and shedding thistles all over the house again. Well pleased!

Love it! I looked at trees for 2 weeks before deciding, in the process driving myself and my husband crazy! I wanted 10 or 12 feet pre-lit, not too wide for our spot but not too skinny. This one fit the bill. My husband and son put it up in 15 minutes, it did take quite a bit of time to fluff though, and I ended up with some scratches on my hand because the needles are pretty scratchy. Overall very happy with the tree for the price.

Full tree with some issues

The tree is a good size, it requires a good deal of fluffing to get it where it needs to be I spent over 2 hours . The tree came with a 12x12 section of lights out upon arrival . Overall once the tree is up it is nice but disappointed to have lights out on arrival
