Red trim comes off

I've had the Winterberry dishes and pitcher and glasses for about 15 years. The dishes are all still lovely but all of the glasses and pitcher immediately began losing the red trim. This has continued through the years to the point I no longer use them. I have always hand washed them.

Lovely but thin

These are lovely additions to our table. My only complaint is the glasses are very thin. I expected something heavier based on previous experiences with Pfaltzgraff glassware.
