Can not even remove glass to put pictures in . Getting it back.

Just got these frames and I absolutely love them. They arrived very well packaged, and the size was as described. Very good quality! Can’t wait to put pictures in them!

Not really 8x10

I bought this frame in 5x7 and liked it so much I bought the 8x10 size except 8x10 is more like 11x14.

Worthless

It’s impossible to get the glass out to add pictures. Best case scenario: I keep struggling, get the glass out, then have to clean all the fingerprints off the glass. Worst case: the glass breaks trying. I will be returning.

Perfect Frame

This frame is great! We used a bunch of these to hold signs at our wedding and they were perfect. I love that I could reuse them after to put wedding pictures in around our house. Very easy to get the photos in and out just use a little doubble sided tape to get it floating.

Cant get picture in

Not sure how people are getting their pictures in the frame? We basically had to break the frame to get it in there and still weren’t able to get the 2 glass pieces out so it’s worthless.

We used it at a wedding reception- it was perfect!

Awesome Expectations

Stonebriar does an excellent job of packaging. The product was in perfect condition even though the outer box was completely crushed on all corners . Thank you Stonebriar . It is a beautiful frame!

Love it! Had to figure out how to open

Lovely with good clean lines. Well made for the price! I had to figure out how to open it – and then saw the review for the same frame in a different color w comments just on this point. The foam pieces at the edges get removed to slide out the glass. (I used a butter knife to gently get under the edge and then pulled carefully with my fingers.) It would be helpful if there was a diagram on the box... but it only took a few minutes to figure out. It was simple to insert a photo once I saw instructions and would absolutely buy again and recommend.
