Garland

I was excited to add this to my mantle along with the Norfolk 15-foot garland I got last year from Kirland's and cut into 4 sections. I wanted this so I could add some variety and a little change in texture.

Very nice but the real

Very nice but the real touch cedar garland is a little better as this garland has twigs that come off easily. Also the day I purchased the computer wasn’t working correctly so customer service was very helpful. And then i received 6 garlands instead of the 3 I ordered. The rep I talked to first said to me that I must have ordered them because they didn’t order them and tried to get me to say I ordered them. I didn’t say that and told her I never ordered the extra 3 and I didn’t think I should have to pay for s/h to return them. She finally spoke to a supervisor who agreed with me. I f/u on Monday and spoke to another rep cuz they didn’t refund the s/h. The last rep was wonderful and took care of it all.
