Great price, nice leather

Great price, nice leather, but the wheels are not as agile as I thought they would be. Also could have had a little better decorative stitching.

Was as expected. The seat is firmer than I thought it would be, but otherwise, all good. Happy with my purchase.

Great chair buy

Have another brand chair and was giving me backaches as had a bump in the back. But thanks to this La-Z-Boy that sore went away in a couple days. So love the chair as is very nice to my body and now does not hurt to spend hours at my desk. Thanks to La-Z-Boy for an outstanding chair.

Pour Product / Sam's Onlinr customer service

Pour item, very pour!! The arms did not line up with the per-inserted mounts. Sam's vendor sent me one that had already been returned once. Everything was just thrown into a box with no plastic covering. The bolts were lying loosely in the bottom of the box with the wheels and there were no instructions at all. Really disappointed in Sam's for allowing this vendor to send out damage goods.

Worst Chair Ever

Have chair several years was ok for casual use. However after covid hit had to use chair daily the material began to crack and flake off to the point I put a bed sheet over it. Screw caps keep falling out. After awhile seat began to rock side to side, doesn’t sit flat, hurts my back. Looking to replace. Waste of money.

Broken chair and terrible customer service

I received this chair and when trying to put together realized a spacer was broken on the cushion. You are not able to call Sam’s Club for customer service on this chair, but instead True Innovations and their customer service was terrible. Instead of sending a replacement cushion, they sent me a spacer, 2 screws and a YouTube video to watch in order to fix it myself. The spacer needs a furniture stapler in order to stay in place and that I don’t have. Sam’s Club refunded me $100, so now I’m still out over $200 with a broken chair. So frustrating.

Relatively easy to assemble, everything needed was supplied, sits like a dream, supports my back & comfortable to lean back on.

Casters

I normal buy the Alston Executive High back, however it only has a weight limit of 350lbs.

Replacement Chair

This was a replacement for a similar La-Z-Boy chair that had been used for many years. Pleased with the workmanship on the new chair and the ease of putting it together. Hope it will give lots of good service, as the other had done!

hydrolic failure

I love the comfort of the chair, so good, that I have bought two of them. However, the chair continues to keep sliding down, the hydrolics on the chair is garbage, it will not stay up. I experienced this on both chairs. I think I have made my last purchase.
