Macy's does not honor their return policy

The comforter is good quality just not the exact colors I wanted. It is supposed to be grey but has a brown tint to it. The problem is that I returned it, and Macy's still hasn't given me my money back. It has now been 18 days since tracking shows they received it back and no money returned. I have called 3 times, and they have been very unhelpful. Unacceptable.

This was the 3rd blanket I've bought online. All 3 of them are so far off color from the picture that I'm starting to think I'm color blind. This blanket to me was obviously taupe with a little bit of blue. It's def just gray. Disappointing!!

Comforter

The comforter is really nice and cozy. Ver warm. The only negative was it is more on the cream side the white side in the color. Other than that it is great

This is the 2nd comforter set I have bought from Mayfair and specifically the Woolrich brand. They are so silky soft even my husband commented on it. So when we needed a change for our bedroom, I searched for the same brand. I love the look of this because it is not flowery or loud.

This comforter set was perfect for my teen son's room. It's not heavy but keeps him warm enough at night. It's been washed a handful of times and has held up great.

Lumpy after washing

I was really psyched for this comforter. It looked so cozy for winter. I got the Queen for myself and twin for my daughter. Hers was fine after washing but mine became a lumpy mess.
