I was so disappointed in this chair it cost me...

I was so disappointed in this chair it cost me almost $200 it doesnt adjust very high now shoulder pain, seat hurts the backs of my thighs they get numb after 5 hrs from the material, the arms fly up if i swivel to quickly. Worse of all i had to put this together I'm single and you need 4 hands!! I already got rid of my old one so im stuck with it how disappointing.

This chair is shorter and has a shorter travel / adjustable height than advertised.

Purchasing this chair was an error on my part. The assembly was difficult because the components do not fit properly. For example, I had to disassemble the chair and reverse two steps in order to attach the arm rests and the back to the seat of the chair. Even with that, only two of the four bolts for the arm rests actually fit into the threaded nuts. I am not sure if this chair will last a year. I would return it but Wayfair has a return policy that does not accept assembled items. At any price, this chair is a mistake to buy.

Chair sits fine but the armrests do not lock in place. If you put any up or backward force on the armrests then they fly backwards. This makes it easy to adjust the height of the armrests but would have preferred a lockable method. Note to self read a few more reviews.

I really like this chair but a bit of a bear to assemble. One plate was cracked in shipping and I sent a not to the company with no response.

The chair holes were drilled improperly making this quite difficult to put together. I am comfortable making modifications, but if it were someone with less experience putting furniture together, they would likely have to send it back. The packaging also had several holes, so I was glad that it wasn’t too banged up from the beginning. After the build was complete, the chair is comfortable.

Too low

This chair is 2-3" lower than advertised. Customer service isn't really helpful, although they try to be. They just don't acknowledge there is an issue. They tell you to use the lever, but that just makes it even lower so you are squatting. If you are short, this chair is fine and comfortable at the highest position. If you are average height or taller, you will be disappointed.
