Perfect for me. First I bought Liberty chair but found it too big and it didn't match that well white desk. I have therefore replaced it for this one in white and I am very pleased. My husband loves his new chair

We went to the Leicester store for my husband to check out their range of office chairs and he chose this one. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. He loves it!

This was a purchase for a new work-from-home situation. I love this chair. It's very comfortable and supports in all the right places. It breathes well, even sitting all day. It says a lot that this is the chair that hotels put in their rooms as office chairs. They can take some abuse and still do a great job!

I invested in this chair almost 4 years ago when I switched to remote work. It has really made a difference in my overall musculoskeletal health as the chair design encourages proper posture.

Saved my back brought comfort

Super, supportive and comfortable chair

I have only had the chair for a short time and not had any really long sessions in it so far. However, I have found it very comfortable, adjustable and supportive for my back. It seems well made. My only criticism was that it came ready assembled in a huge cardboard box with no packaging. When I lifted the chair out of the box I was surprised that the swivel leg base fell away from the base of the seat. This could have been damaging to the chair or the person unpacking. Fortunately no harm done, as far as I know, this time!

Comfortable chair

This is a very comfortable office chair. Seat is slightly on the firm side, but overall great ot sit on for long periods, encourages me to sit in a proper position so getting used to it, the auto tilt/recline works well and helps you move about whilst keeping a good posture.

Absolutely love this chair

I have been working from home for the past seven years and have went through three office chairs. The most recent chair I had has caused me lower back pain. When I went to relax the back and sat in this humanscale diffrient chair I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was. I’ve always been skeptical about mesh back chairs. After going home and reading reviews and researching I knew this was a chair that would be perfect for me. I had it custom built so it was a little more than the regular price. I did hesitate with the high price, but with a fifteen year warranty you can not go wrong. My back has already improved noticeably since using this chair. The price was a hard pill to swallow and I highly recommend looking up promo codes for humanscale. I got almost 500 off the price with a 30% promo code. I highly recommend this wonderful chair! Very simple not complicated and they are doing wonderful things for the environment!

THIS CHAIR IS MEGA UNCOMFORTABLE

Purchased as a gift from my wife, knowing that I suffer with lower back pain, she purchased this chair from John Lewis. The fabric seat offers little to no support and whilst it does have a bent ergonomic design for the back, this chair overall has increased my back pain and not removed it. We tried to send it back to John Lewis but their customer service dept has been appalling in dealing with our complaint.
