Amazing Yard Tools

I love everything about this set! Everything is lightweight but strong enough to the work. The hedge trimmers and blower aren't as powerful as my corded, but good enough and the convenience and ease of use more than make up for it. The string trimmer makes it so easy to cut a straight line, which is something I've never been able to do. I'm actually excited to do my yardwork now HA! Batteries last a long time.

Disappointed

I have had several pieces of this brand and it is easy for me to use and I like using it, but I ordered this three piece set and it came with the box. All tore up and taped back together like it had been opened. I’m not about to keep it in that shape. I’ve calls Walmart twice abt this and they keep telling me to wait 48 hours 48 hours. Well it’s been five days and I want this replaced immediately and I want some credit back. I’m not spending that much money and I’m certainly not going to open it and then be accused of me tearing the box open. Take care of it Walmart.

Decent product; TERRIBLE warranty registration

So far so good with the product. I don't know if my warranty registration went through online. WORX has two types of accounts: one for buying and one for warranty registration. They do not link. I have tried registering for the warranty on multiple platforms (Safari, Google, etc), but each time I create an account it does not recognize my password. So frustrating. I mailed in the postcard registration but don't have a record.
