Luxurious and elegant. The blanket is fairly heavy weight. Note that the ‘fur’ is smooth, but not silky soft—very similar to real fox fur, maybe a touch rougher.

Love these throws

I love these throws! This was for my new guest bedroom, and it totally gives the room a glam vibe. I've gotten two or three in the past, for myself and as gifts, and everyone loves them.

I just received this throw today. I love that it's just nice and heavy and super warm for those chilly nights. My grandkids are gonna love laying on this furry, white thick throw!!

Do not buy

Worst blanket on earth. Feels completely like plastic. Rough and uncomfortable. The material is like wrapping your skin in steel wool.

Not plush and not ivory.

I have no idea how or why this item has so many positive reviews. I've purchased better quality for half as much and if I'd seen and touched this in person I wouldn't have considered purchasing it. The color is consistently described as ivory and pictures show it as such, but there are dark streaks and "tipping" on the poor quality, cheap looking and feeling fake fur that lend a brownish overall cast to this throw. Additionally, the return costs are ridiculous to the point that this is the last purchase I'll be making through Overstock. Too many other quality online purveyors that don't penalize customers on returns of merchandise for reasons that can't possibly be anticipated without physical examination of product and unfortunately not the first time my shopping experience with them has been disastrous.
