Under 3 weeks and it’s already falling apart..
When I first bought this chair it was great. My back was supported and much more comfortable throughout the day. 3 weeks in, the cylinder in the chair that controls the height you sit at, constantly 4-5 times in a day it will give out and the chair will go to the floor. The lumbar support is not as stable as I thought. Overall the price you pay for this item the quality is not close to meeting that in my eyes. I regret my purchase and wish I went elsewhere.

We recently replaced this chair with a more expensive one. The padding in the seat cushion did not last long. The lumbar support also sucks. The only good thing is the foot rest. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Headrest pillow was sufficient.
