Bunch of ding dongs running the place? Took several re-orders and multiple delays to receive my dog bed. Communication with the vendor throughout that process was extremely substandard. The dog bed, when it finally arrived, had a memory foam mattress that was too large (48 inches wide - XL size) for the leather exterior (~33 inches wide - medium size). See photos. The product we ordered was the large size (40 inches wide)--none of the two pieces mentioned above was the correct piece. I can't imagine this having gone much worse. Add to all of that the marketing around this product emphasizes what a high end ultimate product you're buying for your dog. The delivery and end-to-end experience should match those claims. Severely dissatisfied.

Expensive Yes! But the finest money can buy!

What a beautiful piece of art this dog bed is. It is hand crafted and the leather is great. My Poncho gets the best in his old age and this is it. A little opulent? Maybe... worth it? Absolutely!
