I don’t know because my husband needs a heart transplant hasn’t had the strength ti assemble it. Sure you will not let me return it because it will be too late, even though it is in the box unopened! So how do you have open boxes buys!
These are durable and weatherproof. However, I didn’t end up using them with our spa. I actually used them in the house for my two blind dogs to get up on the sofa. They love them!

Ok so I need to tell on myself. I bought two of these thinking I could put one on the outside of the pool and the other on the inside of the pool. Well, this didn’t work. it floats no matter what I did. I even tried to take out a plug and fill it with sand. It will still float. so outside of the floating it wasn’t meant to be inside the pool anyway it’s a really sturdy set of steps and you can get it back apart easily to store for the winter. it up nicely surprisingly resistant to stains is very sturdy.

Nice addition to my new hot tub on the deck. I choose grey, which does not exactly match the color of my hot tub, but Im not sweating that. I assembled it by myself in 5 minutes without tools. It looks very nice!
