Nice Slender Look Works Great?

The latest version of this smart lock is greatly improved from the earlier version. The flat wider keypad is so much better. I like the status LEDs showing the progress of the dead bolt unlocking (Green) & locking (Red). The lock itself has the feel of a finely machined product. I prefer the bridge accessory over the combined Internet + Bluetooth interface. I think this lock uses less battery than the all time connected locks do. Best smart lock on the market I thinks.

Yale Approach Lock with WiFI keypad Touch B is amazing. We have a newly built house and we invested with this door lock. Easy installation, very convenience most especially you can lock and unlocked it on your phone. My sin alao used this and we feel more secured with this.

The lock works, but it is missing kid features

I bought the Yale Approach lock and the keypad touch so that my kids could enter the house without needing to carry around a physical key that could get lost or stolen. I wanted the ability to add my kid's fingerprint to the keypad touch so they could use their fingerprint to open the lock like it shows in the marketing pictures.

This lock was great. Installation instructions were clear and easy. The app works well and isn’t as glitchy as some so it feels secure. It’s easier to install than other smart locks I’ve used because it works with your existing deadbolt. However, the bridge was finicky to connect and had to be plugged in pretty closely in order to work. Also, the instructions to use a 5/8” bit to flush mount the door sensor were wrong. The hole ended up being too big so I had to superglue the sensor in which seemed to work ok.

Had this for a month. Upgraded from an old nest yale lock I had for ten years without one single problem. The new lock, keypad, app, and reset are complete garbage. Had problems for weeks now. No way to hard reset it without the app. The app refuses to connect, randomly locks and unlocks. And now the keypad is not lighting up. No one can enter with a code. Only the app (when it connects can unlock the door!

You want a lock that provides ease of mind. From installation, to knowing you won’t be locked out, to knowing your home is secured, this Yale lock has provided us that and worked well for us over the last month. We liked this WiFi lock much better than the previous Yale padlock we replaced. One issue we found was the black color, while sharp in style, can get hot when in direct sunlight. Overall this deadbolt setup meets our requirements for our home.

Installation was very easy and you can use your current lock setup, so don’t even worry about changing the locks. The customization and compatibility of the lock makes worrying about being locked out a thing of the past. Set it any way you want to unlock it and access it remotely or with your own unique pin. No key? No phone? No problem. Impossible to be locked out. It’s withheld quite nicely against the summer heat and I foresee no issues when it comes to its durability for the winter storms ahead. Overall great product!

This product is absolutely awesome! The installation process was convenient and the QR guided instruction were easy to access and follow. I enjoy have the security of using my unique fingerprint to access my home. The product is easy to use and also allows for programmed keypad access. The lock seems durable and quite well made. This product also features WiFi connectivity which allows my door to be remotely locked and unlocked, right from my phone! With Yale on the job, I feel more secure without sacrificing any advanced features!

Finally got my smart lock. Install went daily well and easy enough. Setup was also not too bad. It’s nice because you don’t have to change the outside key part of the lock. So far we’ve been using this lock for about 2 weeks and haven’t had any issues. It’s also nice you can place the keypad at whichever height will work best for your family. I’d highly recommend this lock.

Installation was fairly easy, downloaded app to my wife’s iPhone. It was compatible with her phone. Lock seems durable and is made really well. I like the added security and ease of getting in the house. Love the customizable codes, key pad, fingerprint. It’s just wonderful!

The installation was confusing to me but once I accessed the instructions, the whole process took maybe 30 minutes or less. The security features are awesome and the whole system is very user friendly.

I love it so much. I thought it’d be hard to put up but I am so glad that it was easy to put together. I love the security features and connecting it to our in home WiFi was so easy to do. My brothers are always leaving their keys at home, so having this item in our life has been life changing.
