I accidentally ordered the wrong item & immediately submitted a message to the seller asking to change my order, and got no response. I followed up with the seller two more times before I the item arrived, trying to get the order fixed, and she never responded. When the item did arrive, it was not the model I wanted--just the one I'd ordered by mistake. \n\nI then sent a message asking how to exchange the item, and again, the seller continued to ghost me.\n\nHorrendous customer service.
