Really, you are asking for my review??? I am very disappointed in BCP!! I ordered 3 tents, I received 2 tents. I waited about 3 weeks and reached out to your customer service and was told the reason I have not received the 3rd tent is that it was cancelled, you no longer have that tent. My account should be credited 5 days after the original charge posted. It has now been 4 weeks and no credit yet. I have notified BCP and still no credit. Lousy business, because I was not notified of the cancellation and have not received my credit!!!

Super nice quality and especially easy to set up! We love it

One the canopy supports arrived bent. I tried to still use the canopy but the bent piece was causing the entire canopy top to come down. It eventually completely broke.

So I did a search for the company Home Depot gets their supply of Best Choice Products 12 ft. x 12 ft. Silver Easy Setup Pop Up Canopy and saw that I could have purchased the exact same canopy for $50 less. I feel ripped off. Next time I’ll do a better search before purchasing a big item from Home Depot.

pop up was great.. joints were awful. they sway back and forth during setup. Broke on on the third setup. The canopy falls down constantly now. Very frustrating for the money spent.

Works fine

Only set it up once so far. It theoretically can be done with 1 person but if you have another person it can be done in about 2 minutes. I didn’t read the instructions and figured it out easily. It’s big enough that my pickup truck fits under it. Used it while detailing the interior of my truck. We had a 12x12 before and use it for travel baseball games. It will actually cover most bleachers and the other parents love it too. Can’t wait for the upcoming season. We’ve bought a couple of fans to hang inside the canopy as well.

Don’t order!!

Received damaged, took back to Walmart, they were unable to complete the return because 3rd party was broken, they contacted them and said it was taken care of but we still do not have our refund,(it’s been. Week)

Actually, I have not opened the shipping carton. Responding because the delivery vendor left the carton at the end of our driveway. We were out of town and returning later that night and it was a miracle someone didn’t stop and steal it. How stupid or lazy was the delivery person? Not acceptable!

This is the worst canopy I have ever had. It is not easy set up one person cannot do it. It didn’t even survive one rain storm. It was so damaged I can’t even return it I just threw it away waste of money

FLIMSY MATERIALS

After the first use, while putting it away, the framework bent and is now unusable. Went straight in the trash.

Broken frame

We used this canopy for approximately one month and the frame broke and not repairable. Had to return to Target, would not recommend.

I ordered two. One came broken and the other one is fine. It’s easy to open. Make sure the inside piles line up when you are putting the canopy up.

Received product and it was damaged. I didn’t notice it right away, but as I went to set it up I noticed that one of the arms were was bent and broken. Took it back to the store and they ordered me another one. Set the new one up and it works perfectly and looks good also.

Canopy

We had to call the company and they’re sending us a new one because the stitching wasn’t right inside the canopy. Don’t they have inspectors anymore?
