The delivery arrived, and to my shock, all I received was a single piece of the side arm of the chair. Yes, you read that correctly - just one small component of what should have been an entire chair and ottoman set. This level of incompetence is truly astounding.

U shapped sectional & mayching chair

Can’t say anything about the product itself, but do not buy from this company. You are not buying from target, it’s a private seller. Items come in multiple boxes (obviously) but you only get one tracking number. I ordered the U shape sectional and matching chair with ottoman, FedEx marked it as delivered, but only received 3 medium sized boxes, which isn’t even the entire couch, never received the chair or ottoman ether with no way of tracking these items. As of right now I’m out over 1300$ and no complete couch or chair.

Wonderful Addition...

Color, quality and expediency to arrive. Chair is everything you could have asked for as a reader/lounge chair. Was 25% less than other websites. All arrived in tact. Other reviews scared us but it came in just fine. Great purchase!

Comfortable and roomy!

Super happy with how this armchair and ottoman came together. It arrived early, and assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. I find the chair comfortable (it is on the larger / wider side for an armchair) and the material is very soft!

So soft and comfy

This chair is everything I dreamed it would be :) The shipping was very fast, it was easy to put together and it's the perfect addition to our home. Soo soft and comfortable! Our pups agree! (Pillows were purchased separately)

Good chair

Did take a little while to arrive and the arms came separately but so far the chair is very comfortable and has great support. Easy to put together too.

Good couch.

It’s a good couch. Not as soft as I was hoping but I was hoping for a very, very soft couch. It’s definitely soft and comfy, and much more than an average couch. I’ve seen complaints about the back pillows being thin where you can feel the back bar. If you push back hard yes you can but if you sit normally you don’t feel it.

This couch is a good couch. Pros: The material is soft, the color is beautiful, easy to assemble, inexpensive. Cons: Feels a little cheap, a bit low, not for folks on the heavier size, it separates when sitting on it unless you bolt it together.

Like sitting on a cloud!

This couch with ottomans was purchased for my sunroom. I was looking for something that would be great to sink into and read a book or watch a movie, and this is it! It’s so comfortable and was easy to put together. It’s perfect for what I wanted! This came so quickly and I needed some minor assistance from customer service and they were extremely attentive and helpful! This is definitely worth the purchase!

Missing armrests

Received the chair with no arm resets. Customer service email is inactive. This is annoying

Eventually got armrests!

The arm rests came in a separate package, so I was worried I don’t get them at first. The customer support email on the instructions didn’t work, but the one on target’s website did. Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely needs some extra pillows for back support for optimum comfort. Quality is okay for the price.

Target does not monitor their Target Plus Vendors

I ordered the chair and ottoman pictured, and I only received one box with the arms to the chair by the delivery date. Target showed the item as delivered. I contacted Target and was told more boxes were likely to show up in the next few days. Called back a few days later, and was told to wait a full 7 days from my Original delivery date to call back. Then and only then could Target contact the Target Plus sellers about the order to even verify that entire chair was shipped, and if not would it be. They wouldn’t even ask the sellers for additional tracking numbers. This is a target issue. They should not allow Target Plus marketplace sellers on their site if they are not able to monitor the vendors and track shipments. Very disappointed with Target. I will most likely shop elsewhere for large items after this experience.

Idk what this is.

This item i received has no armrests. The box shows no armrests. But the instructions show them and the picture on target shows them. There's no brand name. The customer service email is inactivated.
