Nice product, trouble with return

This was a very nice item, but the royal blue was just too bright for the room, and I needed to exchange it for the dark navy blue. The online process of ordering went very well and I received it pretty quickly, one week earlier than they said it would come. However, the return process at the store was not a good experience. There was a long line, with only one cashier open. At one point the cashier actually left to check on something. When the 2nd cashier finally arrived from a break, she told me the item had to be mailed back, and she had no boxes. Though I brought the original packaging (the futon cover was stuffed into a padded envelope) it was impossible to get it out without cutting the envelope. It would be nice if the website said I should bring my own box so it could be mailed back. She ended up repairing the envelope with packing tape, which I appreciated, even though she seemed to do it begrudgingly. The main reason I order from an online service as Walmart is because I have the option to return it to the store, but I may have to rethink this because it seemed more difficult to return back to the store than just taking it to a Fed Ex in my own box, which I will do next time.

I measured the mattress and ordered accordingly. This did not fit, it was too small. The material is very stiff (not soft at all). I will be returning this asap.

Perfect fit and nice quality material. It also arrived much earlier than stated. The zipper made it very easy to put on the heavy futon mattress. I originally ordered the khaki, which was definitely more of a tan with strong yellow tones, and had to send it back. Return was easy, also.
