Terrible Assembly

The chairs look nice, the hardware that comes with them is terrible! I've managed to successfully assemble two of the four chairs I purchased. The other two are stuck at different levels of assembly because the nuts are completely locked on the bolts halfway up the thread. I ended up going and buying my own hardware for the other two and have not been able to get the stuck nuts off the other two chairs even after I used lubricant, cut the excess length of bolts off using bolt cutters, and trying to use a nut breaker with no success. I've never put something together that's caused more frustration. The pin mechanism that locks the chair in position and unlocks it for folding is also pretty finicky and I'm not sure it'll be worth pulling them out to fold the chairs to then have to wrestle the chair back into alignment to reinsert them, which makes the point of the folding pretty moot. I'm not surprised they were on sale now.

I don’t even know what to say. The reviews on easy assembly have to be a joke. I have assembled so many things on my own but these chairs…..they have gotten the best of me. I was lucky to have “successfully” assembled one. We have four to assemble and we keep coming back to them daily hoping that maybe we’re just having some sort of disconnect but when I tell you this is the most difficult thing I have ever put together…..I mean it. We even have the right tools - not the ones included in assembly. I can’t wrap my mind around the difficulty. Maybe we received a faulty order? I have no idea. Also, what are these directions??? The directions show three steps but with each step comes multiple steps. I am baffled by this assembly. I have no idea how well they hold up yet but after one week of having them and coming back day after day trying to assemble I had to write I review. I feel like someone is playing a joke on us!

Sharp yellow all-weather Adirondack chairs! Sturdy too! Very pleased. Received many compliments.

Chair is comfortable, holes for safety pins are a little small and finicky so deducted a star.

The squirrels love them. To eat…

Great looking chairs and comfortable. Only issue is the squirrels have destroyed them in several months. They love to chew on them. We need to find replacements for them that are either made of metal or something that the squirrels can not chew up.

Very nice chairs

These are very nice chairs for the price. My husband and I are not particularly handy so assembly of the first one was challenging. Love that they fold and they are roomy and comfortable. We’ll see how they hold up over time.

Looks great...after buying new hardware

Purchased 6 chairs and 4 of them had bolts and nuts that didn't fit, broke, or bent. Had to saw off exisiting bolts and buy new hardware to make work. Took 5x longer than it should have to put these together. I purchased similar ones from Wayfair and had no issues.

Pick-up was as scheduled. Employee was prompt bringing out to my car.snd was very kind. My daughter and I assembled at home and I love my chairs. Have them around my fire pit. Beautiful navy color. Love them.

Excellent Quality, Beautiful Color, and Affordable

We received the chairs on time and in perfect condition. The assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions. We initially bought two and are so pleased with the quality of both the manufacturing and the materials—especially the faux wood—that we are purchasing additional chairs. The color is exactly as shown on Lowe's portal, adding an elegant touch to our patio and surrounding garden. We cannot believe they are as affordable as they are. We highly recommend this product for anyone looking for well-made, durable, and stylish outdoor Adirondack chairs.

I did not get a table yet

On Thursday, August 1, I received one of the chairs in two boxes and several screws, nuts and washers were missing. Today I received the table. The driver who brought the chair had only one chair registered in two boxes, What should I do so that I can receive the missing chair and the screws. nuts and washers that I was missing?.The orders were intertwined, I should have received the chairs on Friday and the table on Thursday and it was the other way around.
