Need to return item
I just opened this and discovered it was light gray not black/brown as in picture. My apartment maintenance man looked at the one page woefully inadequate installation instructions and said it would be too invasive on my brick walled balcony.
Serves its purpose
This is a fine product. Probably not meant to last a lifetime but i bet you get 2-3 years if you dont leave it open in the wind. Takes a bit of muscle to open all the way. Probably best in calm, sunny climates. But it is easy on the eyes.
