Damaged when arrived, contacted ealmart and the company was supposed to contact me but has not

Delivery was on time. I ordered a nightstand which was already assembled. The stand arrived well package in pristine shape. I would definitely order from them again.

Received Nightstand Damaged

received the nightstand with damage on the top. We contacted Coleman with this issue and went back and forth form 2/7/22 until they finally decided to issue a full refund on 2/22/22. We wanted our money back, they wanted to give us 25% off as an 'as is' product. If we wanted as is, we would have gone to a used furniture outlet for a lot cheaper than 25% off. After 2 weeks of back and forth we finally got our money. I'm sure if the product would not have been damaged this review would have been much different. If you need to make a return, you may be in for a wait!!!

Arrived broken. Awaiting replacement.

The nightstand arrived with damage to one corner. I was offered a $20 refund but declined. I sent the broken nightstand back and am awaiting the replacement. While a label was created almost two weeks ago the shipper still doesn’t have the item to ship. I’ll update my review once I receive my new nightstand.
