Zakarian Nonstick Cast Iron Skillet
These skillets are amazing. I had one from another well-known chef and it was terrible. I ended up throwing that one out. The Zakarian brand is amazing. They clean like a dream and cooks so evenly.

11” Nonstick Cast Iron Skillet
First use was to cook breakfast sausage and eggs. It arrived it no perfect condition, flat with no warp to the bottom. Transfers heat evenly and I felt it required less heat to cook than an aluminum pan.

Haven't used it yet, just got it, but it is a very nice feeling and looking pan definitely cast iron.
Finally a non toxic nonstick Cast Iron skillet!
This is such a great pan. I did a lot of research on different non toxic skillet options that would work for cooking eggs and not having them stick. There are a few others out there but with a MUCH higher price tag.
