The rug is lovely, white with black. Very soft and elegant. Unfortunately I have 1 star due to poor customer service. The rug came faulty with visible stain. Customer service declined to exchange or refund although proof was provided photos and video. They charged me £9.99 returns fee for a faulty rug. Still waiting for my refund. Will not be ordering from them again.

The look and the pattern is great apart of two things. It is not black but anthracite and it is a little curved not straight
