I called on the first one I bought and no one would help me. I had parts broken and she said it would take 90 days. Give me a break . I need it now
It’s beautiful
This came over two weeks ago and it was packaged great and well protected from any damage. It took so long to put in because my husband hates ceiling fans with remotes but finally got it up with the help from our daughter because she wanted to learn how to install electrical products in her own home. Well first the instructions were horribly inadequate. They needed step one and step two instructions. There was no place in the instructions that said where and which screws to put where? Also the chain wasn’t included but it’s not necessary since it has a remote. The lights on the top part don’t work but we’re ok with that because he is not taking it apart again. Other than the problems they ran into it’s a stunning looking fixture. It’s made very well, very pretty, just a bit of perfect noise to sleep by, great air movement too!

My husband installed the fan . It is beautiful , Even more then the picture .Work well.I would recommend this fan .
Beautiful fan light . I was so excited about getting it in place. We had to take some of it apart to put in light bulbs which is no big deal but when we wired it in correctly and put power to it something blew out in the inside. We have put in or replaced 7 ceiling fan /lights over the years without an issue .No way to prove it but we think it was wired wrong on the inside. Ended up throwing it away.

Beautiful! Absolutely love the look! The directions were a little unclear-there was a random purple and brown wire that was not mentioned in the directions at all. I called/emailed the company for help but never received any help. Luckily, we were able to figure everything out on our own. It’s a beautiful fan! Very happy with the look of it.
