While I love the table the nearly one year delay with little to know proactive updates from the company about its status was highly disappointing and left me dissatisfied with my first experience with Burke. While I certainly appreciate the supply chain constraints everyone is experiencing, I expected more outreach instead of emails the week of delivery saying still backordered. I had at points in time asked if there were other options available that may be similar and that request was ignored. The table is beautiful and exactly as described but the sadly the customer service experience was disappointing. Additionally the delivery process was very opaque - and I was not provided the option to have it delivered into my home instead hundreds of pounds ago stone left in my foyer.

It arrived broken after we waited months to then be told it be 2 more months for replacement. The brass was shinny gold and not at all the color of photos. Cool design bad quality and service.
