Not as pictured

I ordered a tree with natural yellow stalks but received one with green stalks. Been trying to replace or refund since 6/4, but as of 6/21/2024 still no resolution.

Product was exactly as described and pictured.

It does not look like the picture but I still love it! Got it when it was on sale so that was a plus. Looks so good and brings “green” and life to my sunroom.

Really like the tree. Good quality, looks very nice and realistic. Only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the plastic pot that the tree is in didn't hold up during shipping and has a huge crack in it.

Bamboo beauty

Just what I wanted to fill an empty corner space. Looks like real.bamboo. I trimmed it with a string of 100 tiny white lights. Perfect!

This product is really nice and looks real! We are definitely goingto buy more of these. However it doesn't come with a nice wood planter. Fits well on our family room!

don't buy

The leaves don't go all the way to bottom as shown. It looks very fake and is not nearly as full as the picture. Had a weird smell to it also. Sent it back

Love Nearly Natural

Well pkged! All you need is to fluff out the leaves. I always put them in a cute pot if exposed. If they set behind a piece of furniture, no need. Highly recommend Nearly Natural & Hayneedle!

I ordered the 5' and 7' models. The pots are very flimsy and 1 was broken on arrival. Because the pots a buried in the soil, this was not a problem for my application. The leaves are reasonably realistic appearing and I didn't have any trouble distributing then into optimal position. Together they provide an attractive visual accent hiding an irregular wall.

Pretty ..but fragile

I placed and order and have contacted your customer service twice ..I was charged the full amt. BUT STRILL have not received one of the trees ....this has NEVER happened before to me with all the ordering have have done in the past with Overstock...Please find my missing tree or give me my $$ back.
